I have a surface pro 3 and I use a docking station. I have used an hdmi cord using the mini display port to connect to my TV. I have never had any issues. Yesterday I switched to Windows 10 and now the audio wont play out of my tv. This is new and not ideal. I have checked the sound and there is no HDMi driver. One of the drivers (intel (R) Display Audio) is not working. When I try to reinstall the drives by right clicking on it I get the following message:

"Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it.

You are watching: Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error

Reinstall the drivers for this device. (Code 18).

If you know the manufacturer of your device, you can visit the website and check the support section for driver software."

Since I have no idea what that means I am hitting you up for a step-by-step guide to fix this. Thanks
