Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed almost 45 days not updated
Visa not available under F2B
I had my interview and everything went well. Officer was kind and great, and told me that from my side, its all good and I have approved the GC but my category doesnt have available visa. Current action date is Sep 2015 and your PD is May 2016. So when the PD becomes current, your GC will be processed. I dont understand this as F2B is not under final action dates. On the website - its says, Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed.Comments

I-485 Card being produced, I-130 to be reviewed?
We had our interview at the Newark, NJ field office yesterday and I-485 status changed to “New Card Is Being Produced” but the I-130 changed to “Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed”. Should we be worried?Interview went well, officer pretty much told us cases like ours were easy at the beginning and the only questions asked were what the other spouse did for work, where the other spouse graduated from, the degrees, and she was asked what we did for my last birthday.
What does it mean? and How long would it be taken?
Hi everyone. Hope all of you are doing great. I want to share my case processing with you. I had my interview one and half months before at Queens field office, New York but still i did not get response. It still shows in my status:"Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed"Your interview for your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number MSC................, was completed, and your case must be reviewed. We will mail you a notice if we make a decision or take further action. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.Anyone could share your opinion regarding this?????
